ADA has anounce 2009 IAPLC contest recently. They also anounce new IAPLC website http://www.iaplc.com/ where you can get latest news of the contest as well as other info such as grading guidelines, judges, previous grand prize winners and online application.
Online application is only available around end of January 2009, application closing date May 31 2009.
